Sumatech is a mid-sized fabrication facility specializing in rapid turnaround of machined products and formed sheet metal products, mainly working with materials common to the Aerospace industry. We are strongly committed to adhering to the machining industry's highest standards, our quality management system is certified to AS9100. We utilize high quality machinery and equipment and are staffed by highly skilled personnel. Our sales and purchasing department fully investigates the availability and turn-around of material, hardware, and special outside processes involved in each job being quoted. If any discrepancies arise, we are able to address them with our clients at the time of bid. All of our machine operators eventually become machine programmers and run their own programs, this keeps the personnel in touch with the part design and program. We pride ourselves on being a “one stop” solution for some of our clients. Outside of fabrication we also have services such as high volume inspection, engineering, welding, major component assembly and production part kitting.
